January’s Spotlight card is Mosswood Dreadknight. While it does not have a high defense it is an aggressive creature than can be used repeatedly. I have tried this in Modern Jund, however the life loss feels a bit steep in a format with fetchlands, and shocklands. In Standard though this is great, and can be paired with Ob Nixilis, the Adversary for extra value.
